About Etihad BusinessConnect

 Etihad BusinessConnect has been designed to enable small and medium sized businesses to maximise savings from their business travel. Whenever you or your employees travel for business on Etihad Airways, your company earns Etihad Guest Miles.

The miles earned can then be redeemed against flights and upgrades across all our partner airlines. Or, you can use the miles to buy products from brands such as Apple or Sony - there are thousands of items to choose from on our Reward Shopopens in a new window. What's more, you can convert your miles to cash through the Reward Card or even donate them to charity.

To join BusinessConnect, simply fill in the enrolment form and nominate an Account Manager to handle the account. Once your application is approved, your company will receive a unique 12-digit BusinessConnect account number. Quote this number for all the bookings that you, your employees or your travel agent make and start earning miles for all your business trips.

If your company’s employees are Etihad Guest members, they can continue to earn personal miles, they simply need to include their Etihad Guest membership number when making the booking, in addition to the BusinessConnect account number.
