Etihad Guest member? Add your membership number to your booking and we’ll credit your personal account with miles too. You can use your miles to book flights, upgrades, hotels and more in the future.
Miles cannot be credited to your company's account after the flight is completed.
Changes for existing Etihad Guest members

Account number update
With the recent changes to the BusinessConnect programme, your Etihad Guest account will be de-linked from your company’s BusinessConnect account. However, you can continue to earn personal Etihad Guest Miles when you travel for business.
All you need to do is to include your Etihad Guest membership number, in addition to the BusinessConnect account number, whenever you make a booking, or ask your travel agent to include it for you.
Existing booking update
You will need to enter your BusinessConnect account number in any existing bookings, as your Etihad Guest account has now been de-linked from your company’s BusinessConnect account. You can provide your travel agent or our contact centres with your booking reference and BusinessConnect account number and ask them to make the change for you.
If you are unsure of your company's BusinessConnect account number, please ask your company's BusinessConnect account manager for the new 12-digit number that begins with a seven.
If the BusinessConnect account number is missing from the booking, the company will not be able to earn miles for that booking. As the traveller, you would still earn personal miles if you included your Etihad Guest membership number in the booking. Please remember that miles cannot be credited to your company's account after the flight is completed.
