It’s quick and simple
All you need to do to earn miles is enter the company’s 12-digit BusinessConnect account number every time you make a booking. Enter the account number in the OSI (Other Service Information) field.
If the employee already has an Etihad Guest account, please add this to the booking too. That way, they’ll earn Etihad Guest miles as well.
How to make a BusinessConnect booking?
Ask the account manager for the company's BusinessConnect 12-digit account number. Enter this number in to the OSI field (Other Service Information) when you make the booking or immediately after. You can use the entries on the GDS table as a guide.
If the employee has an Etihad Guest membership number, enter this into the booking too.
If you are a Travel Management Company (TMC) or an agency managing a company’s travel bookings, remember to add the BusinessConnect account number to the booking. Always quote the account number on your GDS.
Etihad Guest miles will be credited as long as the BusinessConnect account number is quoted in the reservation prior to the customers' travel.
