How it works

It's quick and easy to join BusinessConnect

• Enter your company details in the enrolment form
• Nominate an 'account manager' to handle your account 
• Your details will be reviewed by our team
• You'll receive a confirmation email once your enrolment request is approved
• Click on the verification link to activate your account. Set your password and the unique BusinessConnect account number will be sent within 48 hours.

Spending the miles you've earned is the most rewarding part of our programme. How you choose to spend your miles is completely up to you. You can redeem them for flights, upgrade to Business or First Class, you can spend them in our Reward Shop or even convert them to cash through Reward Card.

Please keep in mind that the miles you earn through BusinessConnect cannot be transferred to an Etihad Guest account and vice-versa.

As a BusinessConnect member, you'll earn Etihad Guest Miles in your BusinessConnect account for every flight you or your employees take. The miles earned by the company will depend on the destination and class of travel booked. 

If the employee travelling is a member of Etihad Guest - our award-wining frequent flyer programme - then he or she will also earn personal Etihad Guest Miles.
